Shipping Policy

We give special attention to the shipping of products on time as our flawless delivery of the ordered products has been the only reason we’ve come so far in this field and have stayed here for such a long time. We do our deliveries through shared networking with FedEx, USPS & DHL Services, etc. so as to deliver your medicine overnight; till next afternoon.

Shipping Promotion :

We offer special discounts on shipping and offers of free shipping as per our marketing strategy from time to time. You can manually keep an eye on such developments. You will need to subscribe to our mailing facility on the site to receive notifications about any such running promotions.

Order Processing Deadline :

All orders placed before 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday (except holidays!) will be processed the same day through a few deliveries are dependent upon the availability of the items in the stock at our distribution centers. All the orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the very next day.

Items On Order :

If there an item is currently out of stock in our distribution centers, then the description page will intimate you about the unavailability of the product. The expected date when the product will be available in our stores.

Shipping Confirmation Email

When we are done with processing your order, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email. One of our customer executives can also call you to confirm your order, whatever suits you but you need to confirm the order to receive a delivery.
